Returns:
You may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be:
Unused and in the same condition you received it
In the original packaging with all tags and accessories included
Accompanied by proof of purchase (order confirmation or invoice)
Items that cannot be returned:
Perishable goods (e.g., food, flowers)
Personal care items (e.g., cosmetics, skincare, health products) once opened
Intimate or sanitary goods (e.g., undergarments, swimwear) for hygiene reasons
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
Approved refunds will be processed back to your original method of payment within 7 business days.
Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the item was faulty or damaged upon delivery.
If you haven’t received your refund after 7 business days, please contact your bank or card provider as processing times may vary.
Exchanges:
We only replace items if they are defective, damaged, or the wrong item was sent.
If you need to exchange it for the same item, email us at support@buyspark.co.uk and we will assist you.
Faulty or Damaged Items:
If you receive a faulty or damaged product, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery. We will arrange for a free replacement or a full refund, including any shipping charges.
Return Shipping:
You will be responsible for paying the return shipping costs unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
For your safety, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance.
